While we do not take returns, if there is an issue with an order that has been delivered please reach out to us within 30 days of delivery.
When you contact us we will happily re-send new items, give you a refund or give you store credit.
If you want a refund, you will receive it within 3-5 business days of contacting us.
Depending on the situation, photos will be required to fulfill our guarantee. Photos will include: photos of the box, the shipping label on the outside of the box, the packing slip, and the front and back of the product.
