We’ve made significant changes in our shipping policies. That is partly due to losing some staff, and also to the large increases in the cost of shipping materials, shipping costs, and our other costs.
We ship 1-day, overnight delivery. We ship every other week, usually Tuesday so your meat is delivered to your door Wednesday.
For customers within 1-day ground delivery, we use ground shipping. For all other customers, we use UPS Next Day Air delivery.
Shipping costs depend on how much you order and how far you are from Santa Fe, NM.
If you can pick up at the Santa Fe Farmer’s Market on Saturday morning, send us a note, or visit Amanda at the market. We can bring down special orders. Our system doesn’t (yet) allow online orders to be picked up at the market.

If you live in a gated community, please provide your gate code on the address line to ensure on-time delivery.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
All orders are packaged frozen and will arrive frozen.
We package our meats in air tight vacuum sealed packs. All items are shipped in cardboard boxes lined with 1” thick foam insulation. We then add gel packs to ensure the meat remains frozen until you put in in your home freezer. If you have any questions, please Contact us.
