My son, Thomas, and I (Lisa) are avid skiers and mountain bikers. After long hours on skis or breathlessly biking the trails in northern New Mexico and southern Colorado we often pull out CVM’s grass-fed and grass-finished yak or beef jerky or the yak or beef snack sticks. I tell ya’, they are lightweight and pack the protein punch that we so often need. The guys at the ski shop where Thomas works can’t get enough of them either.
